Great company! When our ac died in the middle of summer, they worked their butts off to replace the handler and fan in one of the hottest days. Just recently a we had a short because we did not follow their advice and replace the thermostat. But nonetheless I called them around 1PM on a friday and they came and had it working again by2pm. Their Tech Dustin was very informative and respectful! I wish more local businesses would hire able body people like him. He did an outstanding job and deserves praise and a raise! Will recommend this company to everyone!

After going three weeks back and forth with another company BAM was able to come out, assess the problem, and install a completely new system within the week. Big Air Mechanical is a top notch company that does a great job not only at meeting your needs but exceeds in expectations. Starting at the initial call level, the office manager, Elayney, is remarkable and is extremely organized and efficient. Also is a great communicator. Such a pleasure to work with. As for the owner, Ward, another great down to earth type of person that will do anything he can in his power to get you up and running. As the the technicians, Brett and Golden are truly great individuals and super polite. Works so well with different generations and always seem to have a smile on their face doing so. Overall a true 10/10 company. Recommend them to anyone.
